Bittersweets has been cleared and will hopefully get back on it's feet. If you were wondering why there wasn't anything but new posts posted in the roleplays, it's because we're starting anew. So come fill those back up with roleplays. =)

Welcome to the lost island of Amaranth. A modern-day fantasy occuring in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Before the Great War, Amaranth was viewed as a tropical paradise flourished with tourists and natural resources and still is today. But only by the natives or immigrants who fought alongside them. After the Great War, Amaranth dissapeared off that map, but is still very much here to this day. Cloaked with magic, it is there to let it's people live in peace.
But of course, there can't be total peace.
Come join us as the multiple stories unfold and come to life as you create your character and tell your tale via a forum-based RPG. Your destiny is decided by one person, and that's you.

Hello one and all! Thank you for visiting our site and we hope you find it to your liking. We'd just like to welcome you and explain some things. Fallen Angel and I are the Admins so if you need anything just ask us!
For those of you just joining:
So you're getting started. Well, that's amazing! Thank's for joining our site. Here's what you need to do:
1. Read the rules.
2. Register your character.
3. After I've accepted your character you may go ahead and start roleplaying. =)
What's a roleplaying forum without some rules? Don't freak out, I know I do. Just remember that you probably are folowing the rules. I'd just like to let you know what we're looking out for. Also, we'd like you to read this because there are some things different than your average roleplay.
1. Okay so first of all, be literate. Or at least semi-literate. We really don't want things like "[Insert name here] wnt 2 da place 2 do da thing. He said "Wat? Y? U cant do this 2 me." then he ran into u." That could get a little annoying. Now...we won't kill you if you do this. You just have to find someone to roleplay with you like that. I don't really like seeing this beautiful long post that looks like it be a part in a novel and then it be followed up but something like the example up there. Now, I'm not saying I need a novel either. But please. If you want, you don't even have to write it like a book. You could go *does this*. But like I said, find someone who'll roleplay like that with you.
2. Please, no one-sentence posts. Have at least three sentences. When people wait for you to post, they don't want to come to a short sentence that really doesn't get anything out. Take time to explain things.
3. No god-moding! In english, no auto-hits, no making other's characters do things, and nothing automaticly happens because you want it to. You are NOT a god in any way, shape, or form. Just remember this.
4. Be nice. Seriously. Treat others how you wanna be treated. No one likes a smarty pants who disrespects others. If you came here to do this here I won't hesitate to suspend, delete, and/or block you.
5. Have fun. This is a roleplaying community. You don't HAVE to join. There's not a gun pointed at your head saying you have to do this. Roleplaying is for fun and that's all there is to it. It's not ment to stress you out.
6. FEEL FREE to contact me if you have ANY prolems with other members. I'll take care of it. And even if you aren't a moderator, report these things to Fallen Angel, a moderator, or myself.
7. Don't worry, you can cuss. Now don't over excede yourself, but yes you can cuss. You won't be thrown into a pit of doom where man eating seahorses will nibble at your insides the rest of your life if you do.
8. I need you to please run by every character you make with me first. I need to keep track of everything, so character application forum always comes first.
9. Mods and admins can't be as harsh anymore. We almost lost members that last time. And what's worse, we are also almost losing valuble friends. This is supposed to be a great place where we all chill and roleplay, not jump people. Calmly tell people what you don't like about things and see what you guys can do to change some of it. And that goes for the rest of you, don't jump people. We're all one big happy family, I don't care how much you don't like a person. Familys fight, that's just how it is. But don't let that get to you.
Well there's the rules. If you need any help or have any questions PM Fallen Angel, a moderator, or myself.
